I started a food journal this week and it has opened my eyes as to how much I am eating! My journal has helped me to plan what I will eat the following day and what went wrong today. I really believe it has kept me on track this week.
123.2 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

good, i also keep a food journal then at the end of the week, i trash the pages b/c if i do mess up one day and i have to look at it over and over, it really gets me down so after a week, i chunk it and start fresh! good luck w/ the journaling!
