I'll take a two pound loss. That is the loss I have targeted with my 1000 a calorie a day deficit so the plan must be working. I may trying to walk at least 30 minutes a day as well. I know that must be helping too. Keep Pounding everyone. On a funny note: What's up with this .8 stuff? LOL
