This is my first day back to doing low carb, in quite some time, so I hopped on the scale, to accurately know where my starting point is. My weight will drop in the coming weeks. As can be said, how you gonna know where you are going, if you don't know where you are. I won't get obsessed with the scale; if I'm going to obsess about anything, it will be about staying on track, and only weigh myself weekly. Have a great week everyone.

Thanks; that's why I jumped on the scale. Speaking of scales. I haven't used my food scale in so long that I didn't realize my battery was going dead, which I found out today, in the midst of weighing out my lunch; a minor setback, which will be resolved tomorrow.

Welcome back ShyGuy. I have been struggling getting back on the bandwagon, too. I just read a post this morning about looking at this WOE as a second job. It's not an option to cheat. If we cheat, we get no pay check. :) Good luck!
