I love my pets, music, family, books, husband, computer. The order varies from day to day......
I was an average sized child, a skinny adolescent, a trim 20's, a less trim 30's. It got worse in my 40's so I tried Food Combining (which was great) but I slipped. Then in my 50's I tried Atkins, and not only lost weight, but felt great also, but I slipped again. If I don't eat, I am fine, if I eat, its easy to begin bingeing. I have just had gastritis and oesophagitis, the doc says I should eat regular, smaller meals. I am also suffering aches and pains. I am almost 58 and I feel like an old lady.
This year has been a disaster, next year must be better (please). I WILL apply myself to either Atkins or Hay. I WILL exercise more.
