Day 37 of 2nd 6 wks, 140(don't get this at all), 37% bf, visc fat 7/0, musc mass 83.8/2, bone mass 4.4lb, 43.4% tbw, 2024/50, tr ketones, no excersize (traveling).

breakfast scrambled eggs w cheese, coffee w half and half, lunch fish, filet, veggies, iced tea, dinner 2 slices smoked turkey, blue cheese dressing, dill pickle, slice cheddar cheese, diet coke,choc ice cream (low carb)w whipped cream), almonds.

Still in my short term goal window of 140 lb and 6 wks. Need another goal/time frame for my next 5 lbs. 135 is my ultimate goal. Typically give myself 6 weeks to get there. Getting a little bored w the 6 wks/5lb goals but they are usually attainable and sustainable. Another 6 wks would take me just before Thanksgiving--which would probably be pretty good.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 4.2 lb a week

It's good that you are not in a rush to lose any weight. If I had time I think the stress wouldn't be as intense! Keep up the good work. Don't you hate it when the scale go up for no good reason?

Thanks Mandie. Yes--I hate it--but you're right-I'm not in that big of a hury at this point. I'm pretty content.
