As you've bought a ticket on this ride many times before....what makes this go round different? Other than renewed determination, what do you plan to do differently than in the past....and what have you learned from previous attempts?

Thanks everyone. Some things I plan to do differently this time is to not overshoot on my goals, to diligently exercise, and to have others help to hold me accountable, as well as myself. I also am working now so I think it's much easier to not focus on food so much. I'm also going to try meal prepping! Send me buddy requests!

If you have used the Atkins diet and ended up feeling starved, look at a high fiber diet. Some of the foods like blackberries, raspberries and apples will help you feel full (low GI). Remove milk products and wheat helps as well (wheat for sure!). Whatever you do - do it slowly so you don't get frustrated and dump your plan. Diabetes and high blood pressure are not fun when you are older - that is where I'm at. Hey you don't have any fiber in you intake today - feeling hungry?

I had original started at 330lbs and now I am 195 I had the gastric sleeve done and was best thing I could have ever done for myself. I plan on losing 30 more lbs so what I do is I drink inspire protein drinks 4 of them and they taste amazing and I eat one meal usual I make that my dinner. But I keep my calorie intact 1000calories a day, sodium below 1000grams, carbs 30grams ( and only good carbs from vegatables) protein from lean meats only 80-100grams. Me doing this I lose a lot of weight. Maybe having gastric surgery is not what you want but my diet may help you. First 3 days are hell because your body goes through carb withdraw and most of your hunger will be head hunger. Good luck

Please please figure out why your stopping your success! It's a huge part of succeeding. I lost weight before when I figured out why I was sabatoging myself. I'm overweight now because I don't exercise enough and at my age and slow metabolism I can't get away with it anymore. Keep going keep going we are all in the same boat and have each other 😉
