You can do this girl! I started a couple of years ago at 205 lbs and faltered here and there. I lost touch with my Support on Fat Secret. In fact I lost touch with myself. I let my job and stresses in life take priority. I re-started in August at 188.6 lbs and have made 'myself' the priority. Stay Strong!
