After having gone up after I returned from my trip, even after buckling down, I was pleased to see my weight back down this morning. My next mini-goal is to get back to my low of 166. I have little doubt that at this stage, I need to watch calories as well as carbs.
171.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
