Back from vacation (gained - yikes!) and was not feeling well. I thought maybe it was high blood sugar and I had finally become diabetic but a trip to urgent care determined blood sugar was fine. (They also did some blood tests for blood sugar markers but I don't have results yet.) I added back in some carbs and didn't gain any more but didn't experience any change in how I was feeling - and of course did not lose weight. So I've decided I might as well get back on program. Onward!
197.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It usually happens on vacation. I have never had a vacation and came back weighing less. I have a very slow metabolism. So it is back on the program, but it is a good program. Right?

Seems like we're in the same boat. Just returned from vacation, too... and ready to get my act together again. Hope you're feeling better soon.
