Considering I wasn't counting points till yesterday, -2.2 is a pretty good weigh in. Even from last Sunday, which I didn't log in, I was -1.4. Pretty good. Need to keep with WW and get to the Y every day.
197.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.3 lb a week

Oy, bad day eating wise, especially at dinner. Gotta learn to make better choices at dinner parties or when eating out.
