Actually have been gone and didn't log my weight on a regular basis. I had gotten up to 269 and now I'm at 264. That is a one-week loss of 5 lbs. It looks like I gained a a pound but I actually lost 5. OK. Good jump start. I'm back.
264.0 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
