Weigh stayed the same yet again...Dishearten,dissapointed?
..YES..Will I give up?...HECK NO...One day at a time,one step at a time...I'm still better off than I was in March.

205.0 lb Lost so far: 69.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nonna, we are both WAY better off than we were in March! As frustrating as the weeks when the scale doesn't change are, in the long run all the frustration is worth the overall lost pounds! We are both at 41 pounds lost, which is a significant amount! Imagine trying to lug 41 pounds of butter EVERYWHERE! Getting rid of the fat...that is what this is all about! I am glad you are not getting discouraged! Happy Friday!

Nonna - I'm right there with you. I SWEAR my scale is broken! It's been stuck at the same weight forever! :)
