Although I am under my desired weight, I am dangerously close to it and going over happens during the night hours. I am considering doing a different meal plan other than Curves meal plan. It is in addition to the alpha pep drops and is called chow for now. I have yet to contact the consultant, yet I am becoming discouraged with the slight weight gain to motivate me. MOTIVATION IS KEY!!!
