I followed it perfectly. except in the afeternoon after dinner and before my snack. I was really hungry. so I ate, but then went for an 1.25 long walk and was fine. had a muscle milk right before bed instead of a cottage cheese and pb.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
