Y. Pbj crackers fish and carrots. Chk ssg sandwich. Din @ melliw muahroom. Veggie sub on wheat w turkey and a slice of gins house pizza.
210.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 14.0 lb a week
