Same weight... as of yesterday. Didn't step on the scale today. Afraid from the wings I ate last night. That is a weakness for me. Wings and football. Though I went for a 4 mile hike up and down a huge mountain. Hopefully it evens out.
246.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
