Well, I ate badly on vacation and knew the scale would show it. Guess I should be glad it wasn't worse! I'm determined to get back on track. Amazing how spending time with skinny people gives you incentive to want to get there too! Time to buckle down and keep focused.
170.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2 lbs in 12 days isn't bad at all. Heck at times I've lost 2lbs in one night, so you'll be fine!

Thanks Icy! I really thought it would be worse. Lots of wine, had bread, buns, pizza, cake, donuts...yikes! But I did really well yesterday. Stopped at Farm Fresh after work and bought some of those wonderful stuffed olives from their Delallo olive bar, and made myself a big salad with lots of protein stuff in it. Split that and brought half for lunch today. It was quite filling. Didn't know quite how to record it so I just picked a higher calorie chef salad in the food database to list. Only sweets were 1 serving of sugar-free chocolate chips. And BTW, you are doing awesome!
