Doing much, much better... Went to the gym yesterday and that felt great. I started taking Slimquick at the middle of last week and it seems to be helping curb my appetite. I've been drinking tons of water and haven't been eating any grains. I'm feeling good and seem to be sleeping better on top of everything! I'm going to skip the celebrations tonight so that I won't be tempted to destroy my progress. That would only leave me feeling badly in the morning. As my BFF would say, "It won't make you happy".
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
