Totally surprised! My calories have been low, and I've been working out. My muscles have been so sore and rigid, I was positive I'd gain. So, this is rather exciting! ♡
254.8 lb Lost so far: 45.2 lb.    Still to go: 94.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
