Fifteen pound loss total for January. Still kicking myself in the ass for letting myself regain in the first place but it's not like there is much I can do about that now. Anyone have a time machine?

Didn't drink over the weekend, had pan warmed tortillas instead of fried with my tacos, resisted grandmas buffet of desserts and held myself to one chocolate chip cookie. It was a successful weekend. An awful lot of willpower for a one pound drop but it's impossible to get big drops every week, that's just the nature of the process.

Hope everyone is off to a good start on this first day of February :)

Wow....I am the one that doesn't want to go back. You were strong enough before and you are more educated in weight/body matters so you are now more prepared. Keep strong and look forward it'd pretty bright ahead.

<------- Lost 23 (over 10 months), gained back 33. Yes, a time machine would certainly be helpful! But like Millerm40 says, "we will fight to get it back off." And I DID learn (the last time) that it CAN be done and I do have it in me to do it.
