Ugh... I'm back. The holiday has taken a toll on my habits and I have the weight to show for it. Not to mention, I'm retaining water like a sinking ship. This is more than I think I have ever weighed and I think the reason for it is simply that I haven't been paying attention to myself. I complain about not losing weight, but I haven't actually tried either... Sadly. Now look whats happened! Since Friday though, I have been paying very close attention and I intend to stick to it.
