Yea..

Its been a little while since I have logged in. I admit, I've been slipping a bit. It's so dang hard to switch back to my diet plan strictly again. I was at a point where I knew what I could eat, couldn't, and how much. I still do that plan, but due to new medication, that plan no longer works. So, back to my strict diet I haven't had to follow for a little over two years. Blah... it sucks.
118.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
