got the zumba for the wii today i cannot wait to try it out, today was a good day apart from that cheese on toast that happened to "fall into my mouth" damn aliens throwing food around naughty little calorie gremlins. Well tomorrow is another day, better one i hope on the plus side i have managed to avoid alcohol at all costs this weekend starting the week of correctly should make for a big loss as long as the calorie gremlins stays away!!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
