WOW
Welcome, Ironically i never thought of myself as unfit, until i went to the doctors regarding a cosmetic procedure that i have longggged for, its vanity induced, but thats not the reason i want it, I just want to be normal! SO on receiving the news that i would need to lose weight to even be put on the waiting list i started on Orlistat tablets, from the doctor and i started exercising. This sudden change gave me sciatica, now i not only have to lose weight to ease the condition, i have just been told that, it has moved from my leg to my lower back and leg which is now classed as progressive.
So my desire to be normal has now given me a life long illness. There is nothing more important than your health, i know this now, but it took so long to get to this point, do what it takes to get yourself sorted, trust me. You dont want to spend the rest of your life with something that could have or should have been sorted and now cant.
Wishing you the best of luck on your journey x
