I gained at least 14 lbs since June by doing a lot of eating on vacation away from my own kitchen. Now I am concentrating on fruits . vegs . and whole grains. It's amazing what one can do with this food group and still feel very satisfied and not deprived. I love greek yougert with nuts apple and craisins for a special treat..also using a lot of high fiber vegs. I feel a new determination to get fit and healthy.
