Day 12 complete.

The diet is working great. Slow losses, no cravings. sometimes a little edgy or Cranky, but The program states that after you adjust to it, it goes away. The fact that you get two cheat meals a week is great, however I find myself dialing back on the heavy calories even on the cheat meal, just cause eating healthy just feels better.

I feel very strong, 12 days of constant exercise 2 days lifting, one day "active rest" doing 30 mins of HIIT Cardio.

Challenge this weekend, I will miss a day at the gym due to travel, and will be at an event on my feet for ~18 hours dancing. Sunday evening will try to make up the lost day at the gym. I plan on using my supplements to my advantage to push through. In particular "c4" Creatine and "wired 4" pre workout.

The daily videos about the workout of the day, encouragement and the diet plan are great. Feels like a coach.

Since I've changed to this program I've lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks, but its very time intensive. I've also noticed a "cleansing effect" and a lot of water weight variances throughout the day as I'm drinking a lot more than I normally do.

I'll do another post next week to see what the progress is like.
