i had to get on the scales today..and see if all this hard work was payin off..and im smiling from ear to ear..3 more pounds...whooo yoooo!!!! eating more protein is definatly a plus and drinkin protein shakes is helping me as well in my workouts
350.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
