Weight no bueno BUT....I did 6.5 miles at the gym last night on the treadmill and did the P90X Chest & Back routine this morning. I feel much better having worked out so hopefully will stick to it. Eating wasn't 'bad' yesterday but wasn't great either. Getting there...one day at a time.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Its a life long commitment and a total life change. YOu're going to have setbacks, just don't make more out of them then what they are. Best of luck
