Well, I am working more than ever, running around and not eating anything more than what I normally eat and yet still gaining. I think stress combined with the winter hibernation coming on my body wants to retain calories. I work out in the gym 3 days a week also. Time to change up my eating stratergy I can't let this weight creep back on!
