DAY 1 for 3 of the 5 challenges I joined, and I'm off to a good start!
80 jumping-jacks (warm-up) 30 push-ups (preparation for another challenge that starts soon) About a mile playing "Zombie RUN!" with my sister around her block after school, then another 1.5 miles using a GPS Running Tracker app that didn't conveniently convert to miles from km, but snagged a Unit Conversion app for that, LOL! Gotta love smart phones these days!!
Drank 8 glasses of water (2 of which were Raspberry Iced Tea, not something I get often, so it was a nice treat!)
Splurged and enjoyed lunch with my mom and sisters at Dragon Wall Chinese Buffet, gonna see now how that effected my kcals! :O (Phew! No problems even with the splurge!! 300kcals below my former 2000kcal MAX limit, and 500kcals less than my current one: 2200kcals! Have been consistantly staying in the 1700-1800 range for the last few days and the scale is showing the results in the morning, W00T!)
03 Oct 2011 Current feeling: Great! Overall throughout the day: Worried about upcoming papers and midterms.
