So far, so good. While I haven't doing strictly Atkins Induction, I'm generally following it. At least I haven't fallen prey to grains or processed carbs, even LC items. I have had the occasional sugar-free chocolate, but it doesn't seem to be a problem so far. Yay me!
161.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
