Soo excited because I broke that plateau I was on. Today starts my cardio focus....6 weeks of cardio....add five minutes per week so I will go from 40 (my usual before today) to 1 hour and 10 minutes by the end of those 6 weeks. Looking forward to the possibilities. :D
