still not got my mojo ??????
the cupboard is thinning out at last, omg my sweet tooth is craving sweetness
206.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Same here Dx iv been of savory things and back on sweet stuff; it's not a good example to set, especially when I work in a dentists

Maybe you could Dance it off? When you feel like something sweet, get some loud music on and dance, dance, dance..... might take a track or two to get going, but you never know.... Even if it doesn't distract you will get the heart pumping and blood going round, which is no bad thing.

I have had toothache this week, a fractured tooth. The throbbing pain after eating sugar was quite alarming. A great cure for a sweet tooth though. But it did make me think about what effect sugar has on our body and I will now cut back.
