Time to get back to exercising and eating better. I now have two very important motivators:my husband is prediabetic so I am trying to help him get healthier, and my daughter bought me the Biggest Loser Wii game, so of course I need to use it. ;-)
135.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
