Waaaaay too much holiday nibbling and picking for me! Got back on my bariatric track today, and ditched the wine, except for a little on the weekends. Protein and salads, lots of water too...
125.0 lb Lost so far: 100.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Holidays were great, hope yours was too. Very warm here, 82 nearly the whole month of December, didn't even need a sweater on New Years' Eve. You, madam, are the one doing fabulous! Keep up the good work...as you are a Peter Pan...
