Switched to a new scale, seems to be more accurate than the old one, same reading as the gym scale and close to Sarah's. According to that scale I'm between 181-184, while on the old one I'm between 178-183. New one says I'm 22% body fat
181.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
