I have gained 7 pounds since my birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas. It has been a steady stream of celebrating with food. Back to eating healthy(ier) for the New Year! Trying to reach my goal weight by June for my 40th high school reunion. I can do this!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
