1. Bacon and sausage three times a week cut down from 7
2. One serving of meat every third day.
3. Eliminate eating nuts daily. Change it to once or twice a week.
4. 4 bottles of water a day.
5. No eating out except once in a while
6. No sugar or food with processed sugar.

238.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
