Gym scale said 180.4 today, and home was between 178-180. So, given fluctations, somewhere between 5 and 8 pounds to lose to meet my goal! I'll be almost there by new years, to 175, which is exciting. Then I'll have to think about a new goal. 165 maybe? I'd like to have some muscle definition, though.
