Well no change I reckon that is good I thought I put in the work but oh well perhaps a drop next week :)

Hang in there. It's a tough time of year but you know how it goes...keep putting in the work and the scale eventually will budge.

Oh Spirit I am not down at all about it, just tells me there I go thinking again, lol Got my electric fix on the cheap not new panel needed :)
