♫ Insert theme from Rocky music hear.....i'm climbing up (really down) those stairs to my goal weight. I'm in the 80's!!!!!! woohoo!!! 189.4 :)YES!!!
189.4 lb Lost so far: 35.6 lb.    Still to go: 54.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
