too excited to be in the 130's!!! To get out of the overweight range I need to be at 136 max. I have been unintentionally eating a little sparsely and may gain a bit as I get back on a normal eTing pattern so I am prepared for that. Had a wondered day yesterday with my sister and husband coming in and friends for potluck dinner, followed by an inspiring concert at our church. Feeling blessed and passing that on to each of you.
139.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
