9st 8.5 (half lb on at WW) Oops. Very much not halting the encroaching decline then. Something new is coming to WW next week, which I believe from some spoilers will penalise sugar and sat fat, so will limit my cake choices, so I suppose this week has had that "Last Supper Syndrome" feel, even as much as I tried to tell myself if I didn't change anything, I could hardly expect any (good) change at the scales! I'm at my limit for free WW tho, if I put on again this week I've had it...
134.5 lb Lost so far: 44.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Yea, the smart points looks interesting. It looks like it encourages much less sugar and more healthier emphasis on proteins and good fats. I like the fact that WW doesn't cut out any food group, because I know I can't spend the rest of my life not having a brownie, some wine, cheese, etc. Just gotta find a good balance.

I think that's the misconception that is common when people look at LCHF, there's nothing off limit, it's just a question of when. Wine is always on menu, almost daily, cheese definately is...brownies im not a fan, but donuts!, ill murder 4 donuts in a row. For me any high carb/junk foods come after heavy weights at the gym, or one afternoon/evening per week. So while I agree its about balance, if the majority of your foods are in the carbohydrate side of the house, you may find that you lose weight but not lose a large percentage of body fat and could end up skinny fat. A condition where you have lost weight but still have a high percentage of body fat leaving you metabolically obese while not carrying excess weight. More women find themselves in this condition than men as they tend to emphasize dieting over exercise more so than men do.
