2012 kcal Fat: 79.96g | Prot: 95.99g | Carb: 199.95g.   Breakfast: raw sugar, pauls trim milk, ground coffee, Mainland Buttersoft, Tip Top Raisin Toast. Lunch: CSR Raw Sugar, Gloria Jeans Cappuccino (Large), Mazzetti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Rocket, Egg (Whole), Sour Cream, Superior Gold Smoked Salmon, Woolworths Turkish Bread. Dinner: Pure Blonde Low Carb Beer, Shrimp Spring Roll, Vegetable Spring Roll, Chicken Satay, Woolworths Select Malaysian Style Chicken Laksa Soup. Snacks/Other: Apples, raw sugar, pauls trim milk, ground coffee. more...

Thanks =) so far so good, did splurge a bit on the weekend hopefully all good Fri weigh day. Glad to hear you have your sugar levels under control.
