back down....off day. cold, wet and rainy out. tryin to get fired up to go for a walk. I do want to, im just gonna eat first to get my energy up and get out there.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
