It's that time of year, again. Staying on track is so hard.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

one day at a time.....amp up the exercise and just hope not to gain! Enjoy the season keep in control ! that is my goal!

Yes, I am focusing on trying to eat well and exercise. Then give myself some wiggle room on the holiday (not the whole month, lol). The left overs are so hard. I'm a picker. I go to the fridge and pick a little of this, a little of that.
