1 is good. Why is it so easy to gain? So hard to lose

Nice job, the best losses are the ones hard fought. Our problem is the society we live in is a world of plenty and relative ease, while our bodies are adapted to survive in a world where food was often scarce. So it's a battle....you won it this time. :)

Trust me. When you HAVE to gain weight and can't it's no picnic either. Don't think it's necessarily the gaining or losing - it's changing the habits that you developed and are so used to that's hard. Congrats on the loss!
