Same weight today. I am glad I didn't go up at least. Since I've gained weight (quickly) within the last few months.. I'm having to go back to step one of my diet program...(following it 100% strict!! which I haven't had to do in over two years. It has been pretty hard, but my body is adjusting slowly. I'm having to measure out and weight everything that goes in my mouth. It gets frustrating when I wait too long to eat, and I'm starving, and I have to think about what I can eat, and how much I can eat, without going over my calorie limit. Everyday, I noticed my body is adjusting to the calorie limit, as now, I'm having to make myself eat more to reach the minimum! Good luck to all of you dieting, it is not easy!
