after a very disappointing week last week where i ate really well and want to the gym lots and didn't lose weight , the scales are finally going in the right direction. i wish it was more than 2lbs as I've eaten really well and been to the gym every night, but at least it's gone down.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
