Slowly but surely. Trying to get more sleep. Trying to make sure I show a deficit each day with calories in/out. Still need to move more but I feel I'm back on track. The FitBit really helps out.
260.2 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
